1.Application
(1)Material:
The machine is suitable for steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, cardboard, other non-ferrous materials and plastics etc.
(2)Shape of Holes:
The shape can be designed according to the clients’ request.
(3)Main Machine Modle:
. The material thickness is from 1.0 to 10mm. The machine can be used in Building materials industry, such as photovoltaic supporter, cable tray, storage rock etc.
.  The material thickness is from 0.3 to 1.0mm. The machine is mainly used in interior decoration industry: hanging ceiling suspension, angle steel and other fields.
. The material thickness is from 0.02 to 5.0mm. The machine is mainly adopted in plastics and printing industries. The rotary punching machine owns higher accuracy than the former two industries.
2.Charateristics
Rotary punching is a brand new technology of punching plate with high efficiency,energy and material saving.There are main advantages of it:
Firstly, the machine has high speed, which can reach to 100m/min.The rotary punching machine has higher effiency than traditional mechanical punching maching.
Secondly, the machine can offer unified and repeated punching pattern.
Thirdly, it adopts the rolling technology of low noise and no vibration.There is only the sound of the motor.
Last but not the least, the mould can be used for a longer time than traditional punching machine because of the processing technology.
3.Payment and Service
Payment: 30% T/T in advance and balance 70% after inspection confirmation before shipment.
Service:
(1)    Quality one year and we will provide the technical support for the whole life.(Not artificial reason)
(2)    The company will provide technical support to the machine for the whole life.
(3)    Training: Our technicians are available for training overseas. The buyer should charge of visa, return ticket, food and accommodation overseas and USD100/person/day for salary.
(4)Training time:one week(contains the time of installation and adjustment)
