In color steel forming line, the decoilers are very important.
The decoilers can unfold the color steel rolls. Common weight of frame forming line would be 3t to 10t. It is very difficult if we unfold it by person. We produce decoiler to give convenience to customers.
We have three kinds of decoilers.
Our bigger seller is hydraulic decoiler. The speed can be controlled, which can be synchronous with the forming machine. Meanwhile the inner diameter can be changed by PLC. There’s also a car on 10T hydraulic decoiler that may help transport the coil.

Second one is electric decoiler. The electric decoiler can also control speed simultaneously with the forming machine.
Third one is manual decoiler. Customers who are willing to save cost and the roll weight is not much may choose this one.
