Color steel thermal insulation compound plate is a new-type architectural material. We uses weather-proof architectural color steel as inner and outer layers. In the middle we fill with thermal and sound insulation material like rock wool, EPS, PU and glass wool. This plate is widely used in plants, warehouse, gym, mansion, residential and portable shelter with characters of weather proof, thermal insulation, sound proof, and high strength.

Facilities Request

1. Factory Building

1.1 It can be used in flat-roof-building and steeple-roof- building, however, both of whose cornice height should be above 5m.

1.2 Effective width of workshop must be above 8m.

1.3 Effective length of workshop must be above 48m.

2. Lifting

Either ground double track crane or bridge double track crane can be used, so long as in the installing allowance.

3. Worker and tools

3.1 There need about 12 operators to ensure the daily production, and 6-8 of them operate the key process.

3.2 Tools to keep the maintenance of machine.
